Honestly, I’ve stopped watching/listening to Ben Whishaw read a restaurant menu or the minutes of a local council meeting, so I really wanted to check it out. There are some excellent supporting actors in Black Pigeons and this one alone, and if you like dark humor, this series is a must-see. Ella Lily Hyland as Williams and Gabrielle Creevy as Eleanor are fascinating in these roles, my two favorite characters. As for Kathryn Hunter as Lenny Lines, let’s just say her performance is great. When I add to that the beautiful scenography and theatrical setting, this is an absolute winner for me.
